My parents and I recently stayed at Jing Du Hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, exceeding European/US standards. The hotel staff was welcoming, helpful, and promptly attended to any issues or requests we had. The beds were massive and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite a temporary issue with cold water, the hotel immediately addressed the problem and even offered us a different room to shower in. the hotel provided great value for money and we highly recommend it.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to chill out, with amazing views. The breakfast had a variety of food, from classic to local tastes. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable and helped us with directions.
The room could have been cleaned better, and the soundproofing was not so great. There was some noise from the street that we could hear.

I had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and safe as a solo female traveler. The room on the 6th floor was spacious, airy, and well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The highlight of my stay was the stunning rooftop pool with its breathtaking views. I also treated myself to an excellent massage at the hotel, which I highly recommend.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

Mind-blowing buffet breakfast with a super well-stocked spread that was continuously refilled by the amazing staff, no need to ask! The hotel's location was jaw-droppingly great, close to all the main attractions like Naga World, Diamond Island, and Aeon Mall. We could even walk to the Royal Palace, Tonle Sap, and the Independence Monument. The room itself was super comfortable, and the breakfast options were just fantastic. The hotel's rooftop pool had a stunning city view and was exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the tuk-tuk service made it a breeze to explore the city. our stay was absolutely fantastic, with top-notch amenities like free wi-fi, a car park, a bar/lounge area, a restaurant. We couldn't have asked for more!

Staff were super friendly, making me feel welcome and safe as a single traveler. The massage was mind-blowing and great value for money. The newly updated rooftop pool had jaw-dropping views. The spacious room on the 6th floor was airy and had a much-needed bath. The hotel provided a convenient taxi service to the airport. Location was good, within walking distance to the Royal palace and easy access to Tuktuks for other attractions. Breakfast had a good variety and the rooftop pool area was amazing, despite being smaller than in the photos. There were great dining options nearby and a cinema showing relevant movies. I would definitely stay here again, opting for a room on the quieter side without a balcony facing the backpackers. The staff, location, comfortable bed, cleanliness, no deposit requirement.

During our recent stay at River Home, we were delighted by the fantastic rooftop pool area. It provided the perfect spot for chilling and enjoying the beautiful views of the city. The location of the hotel was also great, with the Royal Palace just a 10-minute walk away. We found it convenient to have tuktuks right outside the hotel, which offered affordable day trips to the Killing Fields and S21 prison. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was satisfying. we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying at River Home again.
Although our stay at River Home was enjoyable, one drawback was that our room with a balcony overlooked a backpackers hotel, which could get noisy. Additionally, there was a weekly party at the backpackers hotel that disturbed our sleep.

I chose Jing Du Hotel specifically for its great location near the Central Market and other landmarks I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the option to hire transportation for half or full day at a time. This made exploring Phnom Penh so much more convenient and enjoyable. I also loved that guests can easily stroll up the riverfront for a drink, a meal, or shopping, making it a great choice for travelers interested in museums, temples.
Breakfast needed improving as there wasn't a lot of choice for a western breakfast and we always had to ask for more to be made as there was never any left, e. g. bacon. Another minor issue was that we never had a hot shower the whole time we were at Jing Du. The water was lukewarm at best, which was slightly disappointing during our 4-day, 3-night stay.

We loved the hotel's great location on the river side, very close to a good night market at the weekend and amazing restaurant nearby where we had delicious breakfast. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views and happy hour from 5:30-7:30. The staff were friendly and helpful, always attentive to our needs and ready to offer useful suggestions about transportation in this city.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel's location makes it a convenient base for exploring the city, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and bars. Nearby is a good night market at weekends, and it is within walking distance from major tourist attractions. the room is substandard with unclean and stained bedding, fungus in the bathroom and a noisy air conditioner. the WiFi connection is also poor and the hotel's breakfast limited. Despite the staff’s occasional friendly demeanor, the hotel falls short in terms of proper service. the elevator is not reliable, and the hotel charges exorbitant fees for tuk-tuks and tours.
